These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through the Printe Hub website.

By placing an order, you accept the Terms of Sale displayed at checkout. The version applicable to your purchase is the version in force when you place your order.

2. Products

Printe Hub sells personalised mirror business cards.

The essential characteristics of each product, including its dimensions, material, finish, personalisation options, and quantity, are described on the relevant product page.

Product photographs and digital previews illustrate the products. Screen settings may affect the appearance of colours and finishes. This does not affect our obligation to deliver products that conform to the agreed specifications.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros. Applicable taxes are included in the total shown at checkout. Any delivery charges are displayed before you confirm your order.

Promotional offers apply only under the conditions and during the periods stated on the website.

Payment is made using the methods available at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required when placing an order.

Price changes do not affect orders already accepted.

4. Placing an Order

Before confirming your order, you can review your selected products, quantities, personalisation options, delivery details, and total price.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

After checkout, an order confirmation will be sent by email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact printehub@gmail.com.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for the unavailable products.

5. Personalisation and Design Approval

Depending on the option selected, you may submit your own artwork, use an available template, or request design assistance.

Where design assistance is included in your order or offered as part of a promotion, its scope and conditions are those stated at the time of purchase.

We may contact you by email or WhatsApp to obtain your logo, text, contact details, and design preferences.

Before printing, we will provide a digital proof for your approval. Please carefully check:

• Names, spelling, and all written information.

• Telephone numbers, email addresses, and website links.

• Logos, layout, and artwork.

• QR codes and their destinations.

Production begins only after we receive your explicit approval. Silence does not constitute approval.

Approval confirms the content and layout shown in the proof. It does not waive your rights concerning manufacturing defects or products that differ from the approved specifications.

If you request changes after approval, we will confirm whether they are still possible and disclose any additional costs before proceeding.

6. Customer-Supplied Content

You must have the necessary rights or permissions to use any logos, images, text, or other content you submit.

You authorise Printe Hub and its production partners to use that content solely as necessary to design, manufacture, and fulfil your order.

We may refuse content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights. We will contact you to discuss an alternative or the handling of your order.

7. Production and Delivery

The applicable production and delivery times are stated before you place your order and confirmed in your order details.

Where production depends on design approval, the stated production period begins after we receive your approval and all required information.

Delivery destinations, charges, and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout. A production period does not include shipping time unless expressly stated.

If a delay occurs, we will inform you. Any revised delivery arrangement remains subject to your applicable legal rights.

For consumer purchases, if we fail to deliver within the agreed period, you may exercise the remedies provided by law, including cancellation and reimbursement where the legal conditions are met.

For consumer orders delivered by a carrier we offer, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.

8. Order Changes and Cancellation

Contact printehub@gmail.com as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order.

For personalised products, voluntary changes or cancellations depend on the stage of design and production. We will confirm any available options and associated costs before you agree to them.

This section does not restrict cancellation, refund, or other rights arising from our failure to fulfil the contract.

9. Right of Withdrawal

For consumer purchases, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, under Article L221-28, paragraph 3, of the French Consumer Code.

Business cards printed with your own logo, contact details, or custom artwork generally fall within this exception. A change of mind therefore does not entitle you to return these personalised products.

This exception does not remove your rights if products are defective, damaged, or do not conform to your order.

If we offer non-personalised products that qualify for withdrawal, consumers may notify us of their decision within 14 days of receiving them by emailing printehub@gmail.com or sending an unequivocal statement to:

Eligible goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct return costs unless we agree otherwise.

We will refund the eligible purchase price and standard outbound delivery charges within the statutory period. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or differs from the approved specifications, please contact printehub@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Where reasonably possible, include photographs of the affected cards and packaging to help us assess the problem. These requests do not replace or restrict your statutory rights.

We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy under applicable law. Where the issue is our responsibility, you will not bear the necessary costs of the remedy.

Please contact us before returning products so we can provide suitable instructions.

11. Legal Guarantees

Consumers benefit from the French legal guarantee of conformity under Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code.

For new goods, you have two years from delivery to invoke this guarantee. Defects appearing during this period are presumed to have existed at delivery, unless the law provides otherwise.

You may request repair or replacement, subject to the conditions established by law. Bringing the goods into conformity must be free of charge, completed within no more than 30 days, and must not cause significant inconvenience.

Where the legal conditions are met, you may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract and receive a refund.

Consumers also benefit from the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. A claim must be brought within two years of discovering the defect. Subject to the applicable conditions, you may return the goods for reimbursement or keep them and obtain a partial refund.

These guarantees also apply to personalised products where their legal conditions are met. They are independent of any additional commercial warranty.

12. Business Customers

Where you purchase for purposes related to your trade or professional activity, provisions specifically reserved for consumers apply only where the law extends them to your purchase.

Business customers retain the contractual rights and statutory protections applicable to their transaction, including the guarantee against hidden defects where applicable.

13. Liability

Printe Hub is responsible for fulfilling its contractual obligations in accordance with applicable law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you supply and expressly approve. This does not exclude our responsibility for printing errors, manufacturing defects, or departures from the approved proof.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Personal Data

Personal data collected during ordering and fulfilment is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Complaints and Consumer Mediation

For any complaint, first contact us at printehub@gmail.com, stating your order number and the nature of the issue.

If a consumer complaint remains unresolved after a prior written complaint to us, you may refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator, subject to the applicable eligibility conditions.

Mediation does not prevent you from pursuing other remedies available under applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to the customer.

For consumers residing in another country, this choice of law does not remove mandatory protections that apply under the relevant conflict-of-law rules.

The competent courts are determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer’s statutory choice of jurisdiction.
